Return Policy

We offer a 03-day return policy for eligible items purchased within the UAE. This means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

2. International Orders & Exclusions

  • International Shipments: Due to the nature of our products and shipping complexity, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders shipped outside the UAE. All international sales are final.

  • Non-Returnable Items (Supplements/Wellness): We cannot accept returns on health supplements, food items, or personal care goods (which includes all tablets, capsules, and creams once opened or used) for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us at info.herbaldubai@gmail.com right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds (If Approved)

If your return (for eligible UAE orders only) is approved, we will notify you. The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
